“Paddies Farm” – Green Road, Park Ridge
WSA has been involved in this project from its conception. This 3 stage subdivision with 78 lots is entering its final design and construction phase. Due to this project being located on the corner of two busy roads, that continue to experience rapid traffic growth, the project included both interim and ultimate designs for the major intersection. Coordination with the adjacent landowners for discharge of sewer and stormwater both upstream and downstream also required our wealth of knowledge and experience in this arena.
