Gardiner Road, Waterford
Gardiner Road is a 3 stage development that will involve the creation of 46 residential lots. All lots have been benched and will be ready for the new owners to start building their dream home immediately.
This project links in with Stockland’s The Vale at Holmview Master planned development. With WSA acting as the lead consultant the client was able to maximise his yield and minimise costs associated with stormwater quality and detention. This was achieved through negotiations with Stockland to achieve an outcome that was fair and reasonable to all parties.
The steep terrain and hard rock encountered at the site increased the complexity surrounding stormwater and sewer design.
