Contract Administration
Following the end of the design phase of your project, its time to start making it a reality. This is where WSA’s Contract Administration services start. These services entail:
- Preparing
- Bill of Quantities
- Tender Specifications
- Contract Documents
- Preparing and assessing tenders
- Acting as the Superintendent after the contract has commenced
Once WSA have been appointed as the Superintendent we:
- Supervise construction
- Process and certify contractors claims
- Provide cost and status reports
- Certify As Constructed documentation and drawings
